Baadshah is an upcoming Telugu film directed by Srinu Vaitla.The film is produced by Bandla Ganesh under his Parameshwara Art Productions banner. It stars Jr. NTR and Kajal Aggarwal in their second film together after Brindavanam. The film was formally launched on March 18, 2012 and shooting began on the same day. The film is scheduled to release on January 11,2013.

First schedule was initially said to be held in Europe but held at Italy and switzerland while next schedule will be held at bangkok.Soundtrack is composed by Thaman collabarating with N. T. Rama Rao Jr for the second time and second time with director Srinu Vaitla. Music discussions was held in Öoty. Akon has been roped to sing one of the songs.
